Terms & Conditions of Stay – Caravan & Camping

1. Terms

All terms are per night, start day as specified. Arrival time is from mid-day. Latest arrival time is 9 p.m. unless we receive prior notification of your late arrival. You must leave your pitch by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. The contract is with S.G. & P. S. Bowles, Church Farm, Winsley, Bradford on Avon, Wilts, BA15 2JH. Prices include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of printing.

2. Making a booking

When you book you are accepting on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. The person who signs the booking form on arrival warrants that he/she is over 18 years of age. Your booking is accepted on the understanding that your confirmed pitch(es) will be available for your use on the agreed date. Very occasionally “Force Majeure” does not make this possible. If we cannot fulfil your booking for any reason we will refund to you any monies you have paid, in full. We regret we cannot pay any compensation or meet any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.

3. The number in your party

It is a condition of your booking that the total number in your party is stated at the time of booking. Prices on the website (www.churchfarmcamping.co.uk) and also those published at our reception are those prevailing at the time of booking.

4. Booking monies

All our bookings are taken over the telephone/by email. A deposit is required and the money must be paid over the phone with a debit/credit card – we no longer accept cheques. Payment of the balance for your stay is due and payable upon your arrival at Church Farm.

5. Cancellation by you

Please telephone us immediately if you have to cancel and your cancellation will be effective from the date of your call.

6. Minors

We cannot accept bookings from anyone under 18 years of age.

7. Entry

Residents wishing to receive visitors during their stay must notify the Office. If, in our reasonable opinion, any person(s) is not suitable to continue the holiday because of unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or danger or significant annoyance to others, the contract may be terminated, in which case we will have no further liability. In this event no refund shall be due.

8. Dogs

You may bring one dog to the campsite, it remains your responsibility at all times, must be on a lead and not left unattended. There is a fee of £1 per dog, per night. If you wish to bring more than one dog this must be arranged, in advance, with the owners. All mess must be cleared immediately. Registered assistance dogs will be accepted free of charge.

Your vehicles and their accessories and contents are left entirely at your own risk. S. G. & P. S. Bowles will not be responsible for any loss or damage from or to any vehicle from any cause whatsoever.
